Cedar Valley Humane Society to Break Ground on the Expansion of new Adoption Center in Spring 2025; Re-launches Capital Campaign
Cedar Rapids, IA – The Cedar Valley Humane Society (CVHS) is excited to announce the groundbreaking of the next phase of its ongoing construction project, set to begin in Spring 2025. This project will significantly enhance the shelter’s capacity to provide care and support to the growing number of animals in need throughout our community and beyond.
As part of this exciting next step, CVHS is re-launching a comprehensive capital campaign to raise the necessary funds to complete the project. This campaign will support the expansion of a new adoption center and allow much needed renovations to our current facility.
“We are thrilled to be moving forward with the next phase of our project,” said Lonnie Viner, Executive Director of the Cedar Valley Humane Society. “This expansion will allow us to care for more animals, improve our services, and strengthen our impact in the Cedar Valley community. We are asking for the public’s support in this capital campaign to help us reach our goals and continue our mission.”
The kickoff of this phase comes from a generous $1 million donation from the Allsop family. This incredible contribution will serve as the foundation of our fundraising efforts and bring us one step closer to completing the remainder of our project. We are deeply grateful for their support as we work to enhance our services and continue providing care to animals in need.
The capital campaign seeks to raise an additional $1.5 million to fund this critical project. Contributions will ensure that CVHS can continue to serve as a safe haven for animals while promoting responsible pet ownership and humane education in the community.

Lần đầu ghé ML88 mình chủ yếu xem bố cục và cách các phần nội dung được phân chia trên trang. Vì chỉ mới xem sơ qua nên đây chủ yếu là cảm nhận ban đầu về bố cục và cách trình bày. Tổng thể khá thoáng khi từng khu vực có khoảng cách riêng và không tạo cảm giác quá nhiều thông tin chen vào nhau. Menu cũng được tổ chức rõ và việc chuyển đổi giữa các khu vực khá nhanh. Sau khi xem một vòng mình thấy giao diện trực quan và dễ theo dõi.
Sau khi thấy một số người chia sẻ, mình cũng vào ML88 xem qua để tham khảo cách họ làm giao diện và chia chuyên mục. Cảm nhận ban đầu là trang web trình bày rất mạch lạc, bố cục cân đối và chia khu vực rõ ràng nên nhìn rất thoáng mắt. Mình cũng để ý việc di chuyển giữa các mục khá thuận tiện nhờ thanh điều hướng được bố trí rõ ràng. được thiết lập với các chuyên mục riêng biệt, tạo cảm giác dễ tìm kiếm thông tin nên người mới cũng không mất nhiều thời gian để làm quen.
Trong lúc xem một số bài thảo luận, mình bắt gặp có người dẫn lại thông tin từ website ML88 này nên mở vào đọc thử. Mình xem một bài khá kỹ rồi lướt thêm vài nội dung liên quan để hiểu rõ hơn về chủ đề. Sau khi lướt qua một lượt, mình thấy bố cục khá đơn giản, Vì chỉ mới xem sơ qua nên đây chủ yếu là cảm nhận ban đầu về bố cục và cách trình bày. Sau khi xem một vòng mình thấy giao diện trực quan và dễ theo dõi.
Vừa mở https://v799s.com/ lên là thấy giao diện kiểu đồng bộ thật, bấm qua lại không bị lệch nhịp hay phải đoán xem nút nằm đâu. Nội dung cũng chia thành từng khối rõ ràng nên lướt nhanh vẫn nắm được ý chính, không bị ngợp chữ. Mình thích cái cách họ viết kiểu “ăn khớp” ngay từ đầu, đọc vài dòng là hiểu họ muốn hướng tới trải nghiệm liền mạch chứ không màu mè. Kéo xuống thấy các tiêu đề và box tách bạch, nhìn phát là biết phần nào là nội dung chính, phần nào chỉ là thông tin kèm theo.
